1.1 RETURN / EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the unique nature of the product.
1.2 REPLACEMENT
The company is obliged to provide the right to replacement in case the product is proven to be defective or not as stated in the order and only within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case the customer is obliged to follow one of the following methods:
