Available Courier Services
- Online orders can be shipped via ACS and BOXNOW couriers.
- Telephone orders and social media orders can be shipped via ACS, BOXNOW and Geniki Taxydromiki couriers.
Courier Costs
- Shipping costs are detailed before the completion of the online order.
- In cases of shipping with the cash on delivery method, the additional charge is €2.50+VAT
- If the total order in the shopping cart exceeds €50, then the shipping costs, excluding the cash on delivery amount, are borne by our company.
Order Preparation and Shipping Time
- In case of unavailability of any product in the order, its shipment may be delayed by 3 to 5 business days.
- Also, in case of invalid customer data or any other identification reason, the order may be delayed.
- The indicative delivery time (in business days) is 1-3 for shipments within Attica, as well as for non-remote areas of the province. For island destinations and remote areas, the order may take 2 to 5 business days to reach the recipient.
Box Now
- The consumer has the option to choose to pick up their order via Box Now. Box Now is a service that allows the consumer to pick up their orders 24/7 from specially designed lockers at strategic locations throughout Greece.
Store Pickup
The consumer can place an order via phone or social media, clearly stating/writing the codes and quantities of the products they desire. For this order to be placed, the customer must prepay the required amount after consultation with the store regarding the payment method, as well as the shipping method and time.
Limitation of Liability
"Yarns.gr" cannot be held responsible for consequences due to delivery delay or loss of your package by the carrier.
In case of non-receipt of the package within 7 business days, "Yarns.gr" performs a check with the carrier, which can take a maximum of up to 10 days. During this period, no compensation or reshipment can take place. After the inactive expiration of the 7-day deadline, the order is cancelled, so in case you have prepaid the price, the price is refunded to you within at most 7 days from the expiration of the above deadline.
The method of refunding the price will be determined through personal communication with you via email or telephone, after the necessary written confirmation and identification of details has first taken place.
In any case, the cancellation of the order as described above cannot establish any liability on the part of "Yarns.gr".
