If you need additional yarn, you should order it within two months of your initial purchase.

The minimum order quantity is 100 grams.

Yarns sold by the kilo are listed in 100-gram units to simplify calculations. 
For orders in multiples of 100 grams, we may combine them into larger packages to avoid knots.

Customers may request their yarn in 100-gram subdivisions, provided this is noted in the order comments.

The store reserves the right to adjust color shades shown in photos and color charts due to batch variations, without prior notice.

For remote or hard-to-reach areas, customers may be required to collect their order from the nearest service point.
